Odoo Accounting Manager

**Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Odoo Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, along with hands-on experience using Odoo ERP software. As the Odoo Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and optimizing our use of the Odoo platform to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Utilize Odoo ERP to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Train and mentor accounting staff on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of the accounting function.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in a similar role utilizing Odoo ERP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
• Proficient in Odoo software and other accounting tools; experience with data analysis and financial modeling is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in financial reporting.
